BLACK (€279.99/year) is our ultimate membership offering 1 Full Service included per year, 2 puncture labour repairs included per year, highest workshop priority, plus exclusive BLACK product privileges including up to 10% off selected new vehicles and free membership transfers.

No. Full Service benefits apply to workshop inspection, diagnostics, tuning, adjustment, bolt check, and safety labour. Any replacement parts or components required due to wear and tear (such as brake pads, brake discs, bearings, cables, chains, or tyres) are separately chargeable, with PRO and BLACK members receiving their respective parts discounts.

Puncture labour refers to the technician's time required to demount the wheel, remove the tyre, extract the damaged tube, clean the rim bed, fit the replacement tyre/tube, and reinflate to pressure. Replacement inner tubes, tyres, valves, rim tape, or sealant remain chargeable at applicable member rates. Puncture benefits cover workshop labour, not free replacement tyres.

No. BLACK includes two eligible puncture labour repairs per membership year at zero labour charge. Any subsequent puncture repairs within the same membership year are charged at the member-discounted labour rate.

Yes! We welcome external vehicles meeting our workshop standards. To ensure safety and establish a clean baseline, vehicles purchased elsewhere require an initial €49.99 Lifty Labs baseline safety inspection before membership benefits activate. Pre-existing faults identified during this initial inspection are excluded from retrospective membership coverage.

No. Membership benefits apply to ongoing maintenance and repairs arising after activation. Pre-existing faults (including damaged battery packs, failing controllers, motor errors, frame cracks, pre-existing water damage, or previously diagnosed repairs) must be quoted and resolved separately before they can be serviced under Club benefits.

No. Each membership is attached to one specific registered vehicle identified by make, model, and serial number. Memberships cannot be shared, loaned, or rotated across multiple rides. If you own multiple vehicles, PRO members receive a 10% discount and BLACK members receive a 15% discount on second-vehicle memberships.

If you purchase your next eligible electric scooter, e-bike, or EUC directly from Lifty Electric, we will transfer the remaining term of your active Club membership to your new vehicle free of charge. Your Club membership moves forward with your upgrade seamlessly.

If you replace your registered vehicle with one purchased elsewhere, transferring your remaining membership requires our standard €49.99 baseline workshop inspection to verify safety and roadworthiness before the transfer can be activated.

BLACK members unlock exclusive member pricing on selected eligible new vehicles, offering up to 10% off. Specific discount amounts vary depending on manufacturer margins, special order status, and promotional availability. To maintain commercial sustainability and protect dealer agreements, certain high-demand, low-margin, or supplier-restricted models may receive an alternative member benefit (such as workshop credits, complimentary assembly, or accessory bundles) rather than a cash discount.

No. Club discounts cannot normally be combined with promotional voucher codes, Flash Deals, clearance items, price-matched purchases, or special workshop campaigns unless explicitly authorised in writing. When multiple offers exist, the single most advantageous eligible rate will apply.

No. Lifty Labs Club is a maintenance and workshop membership programme, not insurance. It does not cover accidental crash damage, collisions, theft, vandalism, or water submersion. Our workshop team can assess and repair accident-damaged vehicles at applicable member rates where the frame and battery remain safe to repair.

Standard retail Club tiers are designed strictly for private commuter and recreational riders. Due to extreme mileage and component stress, commercial courier and delivery fleet riders require specialized commercial fleet arrangements. Commercial use under a standard retail membership is excluded under our Fair Usage Policy.

Priority handling places PRO and BLACK member jobs at the front of our workshop intake queue ahead of standard non-member repairs. However, completion time depends on parts availability, diagnostic depth, manufacturer logistics, and safety road-testing. Priority does not guarantee immediate same-day turnaround.

No. Annual included benefits (such as the BLACK Full Service entitlement and included puncture labour repairs) are valid for the active 12-month membership period and expire automatically upon renewal date. They carry no cash surrender value and do not roll over.

You will receive an automated renewal reminder 30 days before your 12-month membership expires. You can renew online through your Lifty Electric customer account or in-person at our Capel Street workshop. Continuous membership guarantees uninterrupted workshop priority and pricing protection.
