Can I visit the Capel Street showroom without an appointment? +
Yes. Walk-ins are always welcome during our showroom operating hours (Tuesday to Friday 12:00–18:00, Saturday 13:00–17:00) for vehicle viewings and spec inquiries. For repair and diagnostic drop-offs, workshop intake hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 13:00–16:30. How do Bike to Work Scheme quotations work? +
You can select your qualifying e-bike (statutory cap up to €1,500 for standard pedelecs or up to €3,000 for cargo bikes) and contact us directly or use our quote request form. We issue direct proforma invoices for your employer and accept all approved scheme vouchers with 0% extra fees.
Do you accept repair intakes from outside Dublin? +
Customers outside Dublin are welcome, but repairs require customer drop-off of the complete vehicle at 157 Capel Street, Dublin 1 (D01 F5P1). We do not offer repair collection, courier or postal intake, mobile repairs, or return delivery. Battery support is limited to diagnostics and compatible replacement packs; we do not rebuild battery cells or perform spot welding.
