Lifty Electric operates from 157 Capel Street, Dublin 1, D01 F5P1. We offer delivery across Ireland and supported international destinations, including the USA, Canada, Switzerland and Norway.

Electric unicycles, vehicles and parts

  • Electric unicycles (EUCs): International shipping is available to supported destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping option and charge for your order.
  • UTO e-bikes and professional assembly: Dublin showroom collection only. These are not available for courier or international delivery.
  • Other e-bikes, electric scooters, parts and accessories: Delivery is available where checkout offers a shipping option for the product and address.
  • Workshop repairs: Repairs are carried out in-store at our Dublin workshop. We do not offer courier collection or postal send-in repairs. Product returns follow our separate Refund Policy.

Shipping charges before payment

Shipping charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address and before you pay. Our current shipping rates use configured order-weight bands; they are not live quotes from a courier. The final charge depends on your basket, delivery destination and available fulfilment option. Do not assume an advertised Irish delivery price applies internationally.

No free international shipping applies. Any Irish delivery offer must appear in your checkout or written quotation to apply to your order.

International delivery coverage

USA delivery currently covers the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are not included in the current shipping zones. Canadian delivery covers the ten provinces; the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon are not included. Switzerland and Norway are supported shipping destinations.

If checkout does not offer delivery, or you need a quote for a large or mixed order, contact our Dublin team with the product and your destination before placing an order. A country appearing in the country selector does not guarantee delivery for every product or address.

Delivery times and tracking

Orders placed Monday to Friday are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Dispatch and transit times depend on stock, the product and destination. Pre-orders and sourced models have longer lead times; please check the product information or confirm the estimate with us before ordering.

Standard e-bike lead times are typically 2–3 weeks, including inspection before dispatch; sourced models can take 15–23 calendar days. Irish scooter, parts and accessory orders are normally dispatched within 2–4 working days. These are not international delivery guarantees. Tracking is sent by email once a shipped order is dispatched.

Customs and import charges

For destinations outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply. Customers are responsible for charges not expressly collected at checkout. Please review the charges shown and contact us if you need clarification about what is included before paying.

Tuesday–Friday: 12:00–18:00. Saturday: 12:00–17:00. Sunday and Monday: closed.

Irish Bike to Work Scheme

Eligible scheme orders can be collected in Dublin or delivered where a delivery option is offered. The delivery charge will be included in your written quotation. Visit our Bike to Work Scheme Hub for details.

Delivery address and security

High-value vehicle orders may require customer contact and verification before dispatch. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact telephone number at checkout.
