Hello, trouble. Looking for a little guidance? You've come to the right fella. I'm Richie. I'll handle the buttons; you bring that excellent taste in electric mobility.

For a quick question, open Quick answers on the Lifty website. Choose the nearest topic: repairs, punctures, Bike to Work, payments, delivery, parts or weather protection. Read the answer, then follow its link. Nice and handy.

For a part, give us the exact brand, model, year or version and clear photographs. With chargers, connector shape alone won't do. The approved electrical specification matters too. Similar-looking isn't the same as suitable. We're finding a match for your machine, not arranging a blind date.

Want a guided next step? Close Quick answers and choose Need Help. You'll see Find My Fix, Bike to Work help, repair help, product help and the option to ask in your own words. Pick the job you want done.

For repair help, choose your vehicle type, type its exact model and select the problem. Then choose Find my repair service. Give it a moment to load. Grand.

Read what actually comes back. Our Xiaomi Pro 2 puncture example offered an assessment service. That doesn't mean a new tyre and every part are included. Open the service, check its scope and price, then follow the booking controls. Finding a service isn't the same as booking it. Your confirmation matters.

If a replacement part is needed, confirm the fault and compatibility with Lifty first. Order the correct part, wait for it to arrive, then arrange the fitting. If the fault isn't known, start with diagnostics. No throwing expensive components at a mystery and hoping for romance.

For shopping or Bike to Work, search for the bike and open the matching result. Check the exact model and variant before buying or building your quote. Employer approval is still needed for the scheme.

If the result doesn't fit your situation, contact the team. The model label, useful photos and your reference number will help. Passwords and card details? Keep those to yourself, lovely.

That's Lifty Help. A clear next click, a bit of know-how, and considerably less staring at the screen. Go on. We'll have you sorted.

You know what you want. The website knows where it lives. Lifty Help is the introduction between the two. Whether you need a repair, a new bike or a little help with employer paperwork, the goal is simple: make the next click obvious.

Richie’s walkthrough: “Hello there. If you’ve opened six tabs and still don’t know which button to press, breathe. We’re buying a bike, not landing a probe on Mars. Let’s take one sensible step at a time.”

Choose the kind of help you need

Two tools are worth knowing. Quick answers opens short responses about common topics, including repairs, punctures, Bike to Work, delivery, Humm, parts and weather protection. NEED HELP? opens Lifty Guided Help, which asks what you want to do and helps you find the relevant product or service.

A quick answer is useful for orientation. A guided result helps you move to a page or form. Neither replaces a workshop diagnosis, an employer’s approval or a staff check of a particular part. That distinction saves wasted clicks and, sometimes, an expensive wrong purchase.

Step 1: Open Quick answers for a straightforward question

On the Lifty website, select Quick answers. Choose the topic nearest your question. If you are trying to understand the difference between puncture work and solid tyres, start with Punctures & solid tyres. If you need a replacement component, choose Parts & compatibility.

Step 1: Quick answers offers common support topics.

Step 2: Read the answer, then follow the relevant link

The answer panel provides short guidance and a next link. In the parts example, it asks for the brand, exact model, year or version, and clear photos. Use Explore spare parts to browse, or the workshop contact options when fitment needs checking. A component looking similar in a photo does not establish compatibility.

Richie’s walkthrough: “A charger connector fitting the socket is not the whole compatibility check. A shoe can fit on the wrong foot too. Let’s avoid discovering that lesson at battery prices.”

Step 3: Open NEED HELP? for a guided task

Close Quick answers if it covers the screen, then select NEED HELP?. The guided menu offers five routes: Find My Fix, Help me apply for Bike to Work, Help me book a repair, Help me buy a product, and Ask in your own words. Choose the outcome you need.

For shopping or Bike to Work, enter the product name when asked, select Find my product, and choose the matching result. Check the exact product and variant on its page before buying or building a quote. For a fault or error code, Find My Fix gives you a more focused route through the vehicle details and symptoms.

Step 4: Give the repair helper the useful details

Select Help me book a repair. Choose your vehicle category, type its model name, and choose the fault category. In the illustrated example, the selections are E-scooter, Xiaomi Pro 2, and Puncture, tyre or inner tube. Select Find my repair service and allow the result to load.

Step 4: the repair helper asks what you ride and what is wrong.

Richie’s walkthrough: “Tell me the machine and the symptom. “It sounds unhappy” is relatable, especially before coffee, but “rear tyre flat overnight” gives the workshop a fighting chance.”

Step 5: Check the result before booking

The example returned a repair assessment service. A search for puncture help does not necessarily return a fixed-price replacement tyre package. Read the actual service title, price and scope, open it, and follow the available booking controls. Check whether parts are extra and whether Lifty needs to confirm the work first.

If an ordered part is needed, use the route Lifty agrees with you: confirm the fault and correct part, order it, wait for delivery, then book fitting once it has arrived. If the fault is unknown, start with diagnostics. Do not order an electrical component just because a search result mentions the same error number.

When should you contact the team?

Ask for a human review when the model is missing, the recommended service looks different from the work you expected, a quote needs correcting or the part needs an exact compatibility check. Use the contact page, call 01 443 4946, or open the workshop WhatsApp link shown on the website. Opening a contact link is not the same as sending a message; review what you are about to share.

For technical support, prepare the model label, a clear photo of the fault or display, the relevant order number and a short description. Stop riding when braking, steering, throttle control or structural safety is affected. Avoid opening battery packs or bypassing protective systems.

A useful fact: different help routes solve different problems

The public help tools explain navigation and common topics. Your account records live in Lifty Connect. Model and symptom guidance lives in Find My Fix. Knowing which tool holds which information can save another round of searching.

Make the helpful upgrade, not the random upgrade

For a new bike, compare the CUBE Fold Hybrid Comfort 545 if its format suits your needs, then check the exact specification and current availability. For an existing ride, a correctly matched tyre, brake service or scheduled maintenance may be the more useful purchase. Frequent riders can compare Club plans, including BLACK, under the current terms.

Questions riders ask

Is Guided Help a live conversation with Richie?

The on-screen tools guide tasks automatically. Richie’s audio in this article is a scripted synthetic narration; a real staff response comes through the team’s support channels.

Does finding a repair service book it?

No. Open the service, review it and complete the appointment process. Use the confirmation you receive to verify the booking.

Can I ask about Bike to Work?

Yes. Choose the Bike to Work guide route to find a bike and its quote application. Your employer still approves and purchases the eligible package.

What if the answer does not match my machine?

Stop and contact Lifty with the exact model and evidence. General answers cannot establish every version’s compatibility.
