COMMON QUERIES
Before You Reach Out
Can I visit the Capel Street showroom without an appointment? +
Yes. Walk-ins are always welcome during our showroom operating hours (Tuesday to Friday 12:00–18:00, Saturday 12:00–17:00) for vehicle viewings and spec inquiries. For repair and diagnostic drop-offs, workshop intake hours are Tuesday to Friday 13:00–17:00 and Saturday 12:00–17:00. Because our workshop can get fully booked on busy days, we highly recommend booking your repair slot online before visiting our shop. Book a repair slot online →
How do Bike to Work Scheme quotations work? +
You can select your qualifying e-bike (statutory cap up to €1,500 for standard pedelecs or up to €3,000 for cargo bikes) and contact us directly or use our quote request form. We issue direct proforma invoices for your employer or facilitate vouchers from TravelHub, HubEx, and Cyclescheme.ie.
Do you accept repair intakes from outside Dublin? +
Yes. Lifty Labs operates nationwide repair intake across all 26 counties in Ireland. We coordinate insured courier collections and deliveries directly to and from your home or workplace. Please note we strictly do not perform battery rebuilds or repairs.
What payment methods are supported? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Humm Monthly Financing.
