- No Courier or Postal Intake: We strictly do not operate a courier collection, postal intake, or return shipping service for repair bikes due to lithium hazmat carriage restrictions. All bikes must be delivered and collected in person by the customer.
- Fitting Turnaround: Standard mechanical and tyre repairs typically require 2 to 3 days fitting turnaround time.
