Meets Irish Road Traffic (S.I. No. 199/2024) statutory regulations (under 400W nominal continuous, 20 km/h max, 25 kg max). Legal on Irish public roads and cycle tracks (16+ yrs). NTA Transit Notice: Under National Transport Authority regulations, all e-scooters (including folded models) are strictly banned on Dublin Bus, Luas, DART, and Irish Rail. Strictly ineligible for Bike to Work scheme tax relief.

Yes. This e-scooter complies with Irish statutory regulations (S.I. No. 199/2024: max 400W nominal continuous, max 20 km/h, max 25 kg). It is fully legal on Irish public roads and cycle tracks for riders 16 years and older.
No. Under National Transport Authority (NTA) regulations enacted in October 2024, all electric scooters (including folded models) are strictly prohibited on all public transport across Ireland.
No. Under Irish Revenue statutory regulations, electric scooters and unicycles are strictly ineligible for the Bike to Work tax relief scheme (which applies only to pedal bicycles and EN 15194 pedelec e-bikes).

County Dublin delivery is flat €49.00. Nationwide delivery across Ireland is from €89.00 for standard commuter scooters and from €149.00 for heavy performance scooters. In-person showroom collection at 157 Capel Street, Dublin 1 is always free.
