PRIVATE LAND / PERFORMANCE SPEC
High-power performance machine exceeding Irish statutory limits (over 400W continuous motor power or 20 km/h speed threshold). Intended strictly for private land, closed racing circuits, or export. Strictly prohibited on public roads, cycle lanes, Dublin Bus, Luas, DART, and Irish Rail. Strictly ineligible for Bike to Work scheme tax relief.

Warranty duration, covered components and exclusions depend on the exact model and written terms. Check the product warranty and Lifty’s policy before purchase. Optional workshop weather protection does not automatically change manufacturer cover. Your statutory consumer rights are separate from a commercial warranty.

No. Because this high-performance scooter exceeds statutory thresholds (over 400W continuous power or 20 km/h speed limit), it is restricted strictly to private land, closed racing tracks, and export.
No. Under National Transport Authority (NTA) regulations enacted in October 2024, all electric scooters (including folded models) are strictly prohibited on all public transport across Ireland.
No. Under Irish Revenue statutory regulations, electric scooters and unicycles are strictly ineligible for the Bike to Work tax relief scheme (which applies only to pedal bicycles and EN 15194 pedelec e-bikes).

County Dublin delivery is flat €49.00. Nationwide delivery across Ireland is from €89.00 for standard commuter scooters and from €149.00 for heavy performance scooters. In-person showroom collection at 157 Capel Street, Dublin 1 is always free.
