WORKSHOP INTAKE & LOCATION RULES

In-person drop-off and collection only. Located directly in Dublin city centre close to Luas Cross City and the Quays.
Workshop intake is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Other days are closed for repair intake.
Book through Cowlendar from 13:00 to 16:30. Other times and days are unavailable.
We provide battery health diagnostics and authentic factory replacements. Strictly no cell rebuilds or repacking for workshop safety.

How much does an e-bike or e-scooter puncture repair cost?
E-Bike and E-Scooter inner tube repairs are €59.00, exactly 10€ cheaper than LOCO Scooters (€69.00). Tubeless puncture repairs are €59.00, and complete brand new tyre plus inner tube installations are €89.00. All prices include parts and labor with no hidden fees.
How fast can I get my puncture fixed?
Please confirm the expected completion time with the workshop before booking or travelling. Timing depends on the diagnosis, work required, parts availability, and workshop schedule. An appointment is an intake slot, not a guaranteed completion time.
Do I need to supply my own inner tube or tyre?
No. Lifty Labs stocks genuine reinforced inner tubes and heavy-duty tyres for CUBE, Fiido, ENGWE, Ninebot, Xiaomi, Dualtron, KuKirin, InMotion, and other major brands. All parts and professional fitting are included in the price.
Where do I bring my vehicle for repair?
Drop-off is in-person at 157 Capel Street, Dublin 1 (D01 F5P1). Drop-off hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 13:00 to 16:30 (other days closed).
What if I cannot drop off during standard intake hours?
Repair bookings are available only through Cowlendar on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 13:00–16:30. Please select an available appointment in those hours.
