Measure around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and ears. Use the specific model’s size chart on its product page: a medium in one model can differ from another.

Match your ride.

Choose a helmet type and ECE approval appropriate for your vehicle and riding. Open-face designs leave the chin exposed. Check the exact model specification and ask Lifty for help if you are unsure.

Make it feel right.

The helmet should feel snug and stable with the strap fastened. Head shape matters as well as measurement. Get advice if you are between sizes or unsure about the fit.
